I called and talked to a rep. Even asked to swap to a white if it meant getting it sooner.... Doesn't work that way, unfortunately.

It's a race between my Coolest Cooler and RTIC 20 qt to get here. I'm not sure which will arrive first. I think I ordered the Coolest Cooler about a year before the RTIC though.

The rep I talked to said the estimated ship date for my tan 65 was 11/13. I paid on 8/19. My roommate received his white 65 two weeks ago and we paid on the same day.
