FYI, Microsoft chat person said I had the hellfighter pack and early access to map but I may not have installed the hellfighter pack? She couldn't tell from her station. Guess I'll check tonight. If you preordered at all, you should have received a code for the hellfighter pack which included early access to this map.

First, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That made a huge improvement for me. I'm still shopping for a cheap external hard drive or hoping the Samsung SSD's go on sale.
Not sure what your definition of cheap is, but THIS is a good option
$50 for a 2TB brand name drive (more for 7200rpm drives) or $75 for the Samsung 250GB T3.

Especially now that the game loads almost as quick for me as people with external drives, I'm just waiting for a deal to pop up.

It feels like they are already here. The regular map rotations are filled with bad players. The giant's shadow map seems to have all the higher level guys

I know I unlocked a couple of codex entries for weapons last night, but they're not showing up. Bugged maybe?

If you're referring to the online log, they will show up a couple days later.

Nothing really. Just something else for the completionists among us to work on. It does make me try all the weapon types though. Found a new sniper rifle I'm not worthless with.

I was referring to the in-game list under the soldier tab. Is there a weapons stats list on the companion app?

Messed around with the tripwire flame bomb a bit today trying to level up my sniper class - those things are good for a least a couple kills each death match game.

I'll be home about 1:30-2 tomorrow if you want to jump on. Plan on getting plenty of playtime over the holidays since they're expecting 18-20" of snow.
