I don't think there's anyway this guy pleas out. I think he wants the public to hear his story and he wants to expose the health insurance industry and in particular UHC.
Now I could see the prosecutor making a claim that he's not mentally fit for a trial.
That's of course if he's not Epsteined before it even gets that far.
Even if that does happen, he's already done more to get both sides on the political aisle to focus their frustrations on an industry they both hate, Big Insurance, than anything that's been done before. Right not in social media you've got users who spend their days flaming each other actually giving each other likes and reposts. That's something.
And, yes, no one should be killed, or have to die, for this to come about, but if ever there was a silver lining, it's both sides coming together.
