Kill him before he 'named names' regarding what? the large number of folks on their board of directors and executive team are just eating popcorn watching this drama play out or are literally behind a murder hit of a co-worker?

I would say the hired hit theory makes more sense if trying to silence a whistleblower.
He firmly believes this was an inside hit...that quite possibly he was about to talk to the Feds and name names.
Not saying he is or is not a conspiracy nut, but thought it was interesting coming from someone who has been in healthcare for 15 years.

Day 4.
NYPD found a bag in the Central Park.
He took a taxi to a bus station then left the city.
FBI is involved.
Still no ID of him by the authorities.
Some questions, did we see him riding the bike into the central park? Is he carrying the bag? I've seen videos of with and without the back pack so is the footage without the backpack after he left the Central Park?
Where's the bike?

No matter the motive, this changes a lot. BCBS already changed their stance on anesthesia payment, many high profile executives online profiles have been taken down and many investors meetings have been changed to online. Unintended consequences perhaps except the anesthesia case.
This could spawn a congressional hearing. I hope so. Even if nothing comes of it, public sentiment of the Healthcare insurance industry is now more visible and evident.
Fortunately I've not seen any anti gun violence group uprising over this case, yet.

I mean, back to the ID? So they are just assuming one of those people that they have a picture of in similar clothes is the shooter?
And that someone wearing similar clothes got to the bus station…
Either they don't know ****, which I think is likely or they know WAY more than they are telling.

I think some of this stuff is BS. Stating he boarded a bus and came in from Atlanta is pure speculation. Even if he boarded a bus to Atlanta doesn't mean he came in from there 10 days ago.

Bus stations have video cameras. If he boarded and get off the bus in Atlanta they likely have that info. Also if they interview the bus driver and ask him if he saw the guy how many people wear a face mask for a multi-hour bus trip? I think I would recall that.

Wait you mean there are 22,216 Greyhound Bus stations in the US and they all have cameras okay. And just out of either sheer coincidence they chose Atlanta to find this guy out of the hundreds of people who use Greyhound? That some serious police work right there. That blows away CSI CODIS Dick Wolf TV magic. It's amazing they even have an American Most Wanted lists when they have skills like this!!!! Or why there's literally millions of cold cases backlogged that they are unable to solve….

You would think that just one of the millions of people who are convinced that greed is the only thing preventing a more compassionate insurance company would start one and provide that product. And even if they only make 1/10 the profit of what the current greedy ones make, they'd still likely be very rich and would corner the market as well with their excellent product. They could then use this to offer better pay for their employees as well (since they're not greedy and definitely wouldn't want to keep the money themselves). It's a win/win/win/win. Better coverage for people/better health care/better jobs/professional success and a sense of making the world a better place. And yet no one does. I wonder why that is?

WTF are you even talking about? They know he took a cab to the bus station. They have him on video at the NYC bus station boarding a bus headed to Atlanta. A bus station the size of NYC and Atlanta have cameras. You are getting seriously unhinged to the point I think you are going to be disappointed when they catch this guy.

I'm going to ask something here that I feel needs to be asked. For those who are in the camp this is a hired gun, he was presumably hired by someone who was denied a claim(s) by UH that was financially devastating.
I don't know if y'all know this, but it costs a lot of money to hire a hitman. And would cost SIGNIFICANTLY more to take out a target of this individual's prominence, to the extent it's even available. Like a lot more. So this supposed individual can't afford out of pocket care for something serious but they CAN afford a hitman to take out the CEO of one of the largest healthcare insurers in the US?
How do you square this circle?

If it's a hired hit it's probably his wife.

The UnitedHealth Group holding company based in Minnesota has 440,000 employees and hundreds of executives. And the health care system machinations and politics is far bigger than that one company. If the motivation here was lashing out at a broken system then killing this one guy is as pointless as removing a finger from a bucket of water and hoping the water is different than before you stuck your finger in it.
All this accomplished were a family lost a son and brother, and two sons lost a father etc. It was senseless.
Because of how targeted this was and how the killer seemed to have precise details of the victim's location & movements…this feels very personal and the motivation somehow connected to that very specific man…something more specific and personal than simply 'a health care claim was delayed or denied'.
Somebody just Lashing out at that healthcare company as a whole I think you'd much more likely see an attack against their HQ building - fixed location target - not something as intimately complex as a 'hit' on a single individual like this.
