Truly, Jurassic World Dominion is bad. So bad. It’s too long, it’s wildly repetitive & the dinosaurs are window dressing for multiple uninteresting, unrelated stories. The actors do their best but its all just overindulgent & pointless. One of, if not the, worst in the franchise.

What’s worse is that Dominion has this great cast and does so little with them. Jeff Goldblum continues to be the MVP but folks like Mamoudou Athie and BD Wong are painfully dull. That said, no one can top how awful Campbell Scott is. He is gearing up for a Razzie after this one.

While I was mixed on Jurassic World, I did enjoy the second one and what it was building up to. This one doesn't live up to the hype. And while it does provide some nostalgic feels along with a handful of cool dinosaur scenes, I can't say that I liked much else about the film.

Jurassic Park is timeless because it combined spectacle with substance. Dominion, on the other hand, is all spectacle that doesn't offer anything new. Nothing gets resolved. Questions go unanswered. Scenes that are just there to fill up the runtime. Worst film in the franchise.
