What's particularly odd however is how the Triton fund is particularly involved with BMIX. They aren't fly by nighters. In fact, I spoke with them yesterday and they believe this will turn around once mines are started which which happen in the next two years. Just thought it was interesting. Another play they are heavily involved in is $TSOI, cancer treatment patents. Those are the only two penny stocks they are involved in and all three companies are based out of San Diego. Makes sense that they would trust investments they can freely go to immediately.

Technically they have acquired large amounts of land rich in rare earth minerals. Check their Twitter, lots of announcements posted but it has done little to the stock price. They also announced they will be opening a few mines starting this year and expanding into 2025. Very much a 4 year play or longer to see it all come to fruition.

Yeah, I don't see it as a pump and dump - just a typical penny stock.
With a price as low as it is now, perhaps a share buyback would be wise for $BMIX.

BMIX 10-k is out. I'm thinking about getting out. Maybe a small boost from this coming out showing some movement but I see losses all around for the foreseeable future. Not to mention the auditor sees reasons to substantially doubt them as a going concern. Take the info as you see it. I'm not interested in holding that long. I'll see what today holds.

That's what had me wanting to stay but with all the info regarding losses (which are expected at this point for sure, but the magnitude seemed high), and substantially doubting as a going concern, I think i can get these dollars to work elsewhere. Good luck and I hope it plays out well. I wasn't too invested so I have no skin in the game to hold long.

Another is that they've essentially secured the capital to build the recycling factory they've been promising....
I really don't ever see either company making real money in a competitive market... but neither does Tesla & people are climbing over their own mothers to buy that house of cards... it's all about the establishment govt rebates
