Houston Aggie, are you buying more on the dip today?
I'm long these two specific companies because they will be producing lithium which is going to skyrocket under this administration.BoDog said:
HoustonAggie, when you say long are you saying a year +? Sorry if this has been mentioned and I just missed it.
Running a quick errand then executing my trade/s today.
I have not. I am content to hold.ea1060 said:

In short he's not on the board. Never has been.

Advisory board is different than BoD. He's essentially a consultant.
I look at this as a very positive move. It at least starts them in the direction of having capital to execute against their plan. As of Q3 they had total assets of $1.6 million and total liabilities of $5 million. This provides all the capital needed to make that going concern disclosure based on status as of September 28, 2020 largely irrelevantwessimo said:
ABML issuing $250MM in equity. The going concern warning is concerning.

Agreed and I said as much in the beginning.Thriller said:
Having read through all of the threads, it *feels* like one or both could be pump and dumps. That doesn't mean it's true, it just has that flavor.
If they are, ok. People make (and lose) money on P&Ds all the time. Just be aware of the potential, which it sounds like many are based on their previous posts.
If they aren't, great. Then investors need only be concerned about the factors that could potentally impact any given equity without worrying about companies or people promotig them for their own gain.
At the end of the day, I'm not accusing HoustonAggie of being involved in a P&D. What I am saying is that anyone investing without doing their own DD...well, caveat emptor. That goes for someone on a message board you haven't met, your financial advisor, father-in-law, or anyone else recommending an investment.
Other people have done a good job at listing some of the concerns. Best of luck to each of you - I hope you make a killing.

GM announced they plan to be exclusively electric by 2035. Bodes well for Lithium suppliers.

Incidentally, what have you heard and what are your thoughts on the company that others have mentioned Pelosi Jr is possibly now assisting?

They have right now, zero logistics, they don't even have a building to accept waste materials to recycle or to accept raw mined materials to extra lithium. Saying "they have the logistics" is an overstatement in my opinion.
I'd rephrase it so say, they will be testing a logistics plan they have developed with a pilot recycling facility.
You're confidence is misleading.

Yeah, I think penny stocks aren't for me and I'm being a buzzkill, so I'll change my tone.
