new filing for ATLX, drastically reduces A/S shares from 4 billion to 200 million

https://fintel.io/doc/sec-atlas-lithium-corp-1540684-pre-14c-2023-april-21-19468-5471

removes Series B shares as well. Now the CEO and his team hold common stock just like every one else. Will there be dilution in the future? Unlikely as that would dilute the CEO's shares as well. Will there be a forward split in the future? That seems more likely for the reverse reason.

You're probably right here. We don't have until June or July until the maiden resource report, but I thought the same thing before now so maybe Oscar's mine has something to behold.

Normally you would be right, but after the RS we have gone from 7 to 30. This is after only one SGS report after only one pegmatite drilled and without the maiden resource report. That's coming in June or July I think. This is following the path SGML has shown. I think we get to 100 by the end of the year and progress further after more pegmatites are drilled and reports are filed. I think we get to a similar market cap as SGML and theirs is 3 billion. We are still only at 300 million.

According to Schwab, SGML market cap is $3.86B. I'd be thrilled if ATLX market cap went from $206M today to $1B by the end of this year.

What's interesting is comparing SGML's SGS report to ATLX's, ATLX's is actually better. ATLX also has nickel properties, iron properties with mine coming online, rare earth properties...they are 40% owners of Jupiter Gold, etc. It's basically an all in one company for lithium battery production. Very few impurities in SGS report and ease of extraction at a better rate than SGML. I'm obviously a little excited about this company and the moves Marc Fogassa has made. It's very strategic.

So obviously $ATLX has been on an incredible run. My 11,000 shares have tripled in about 6 weeks. Have not sold a share. I'm considering a sale of about 4,000 shares at $40.

How do you have 11,000 shares? Didn't they recently do a reverse split of 1 to 750?

Yes. I had several million shares at fractions of a penny starting in summer 2020.

I don't have any positions that I can recall going to 0. I bought this starting at .0055. It started its rocket ship to current day about 4 months later. I'm not sure what your point is.

So essentially you are here for the pump again and then you'll vanish for a year or more once the dump happens and the stock tanks again? Seem to be what happened the last time if I remember.

With regard to $ATLX, I recommended the stock and it's up 1200%. I haven't sold a share. I'm here for the long term pump. I was emailed to give an opinion because some on here (who have made as much as $400k on this play) were asking if I had sold. I'm sorry that I posted a winner and it has triggered you. I'll try to find some losers tailor made for your account so you are happy. Deal?

ATLX has taken off since the 750:1 reverse split. I'm well in the black now, but haven't made enough to justify selling.

ABML is another story. Might as well hold on.

$ABML is close to having two plants operational. Who gets out of a play before they even start to produce revenue?

Stocks often go up on the news and anticipation then down when they are an actual producing, functioning company.

Doubt it.

It's a terrible stock to own.

Price driven by social media:

Quote:

ABML is the most traded stock on the OTC market in terms of number of daily transactions as of the time of writing and there are currently a significant number of posts about the company on websites like StockTwits and Twitter every day, including links for large trading communities on Discord such as House of Traders.

The people here pumping the stock are looking for bag holders.

Red flags from the beginning for this company, and unfocused leadership with no direction just throwing mud at the wall to see what sticks.

I mean, the least you could do is read about the company from its investors page.

You know this is a loser but lack the due diligence. Interesting.

I've been posting my thoughts on abml since this thread began. It's been red flags since day one, still is a shaky stock to me, looks like it's price is driven by message boards and social media, and not the accomplishments of the company.

The most positive sign for them is they seem to have made some hires and have some openings. So they are trying to do something at least. Would like to see more evidence of their lab scale success.

I see ABML is now ABTC. Sorry for the confusion.

Also, without any insight into the economics of the business, it's impossible to make an informed investment decision.

How much does their process input material cost? How much does it cost to turn it into a sellable product? How much can they sell it for and turn a profit, and is this below or above current market price, or the anticipated future pricing? What's the number of years before a proposed production plant has paid for itself? How fast can they scale? How much market demand is there? Is there enough available recyclable material to meet it?

How can you predict the likelihood of a sustainable business model without the above information.

And they want to also be a miner, having bought a bunch of land hoping to mine it.

If recycling was better and cheaper than mining, then why would they go buy land to mine instead of investing in their recycling process? Just seems like they aren't focused.

They have to get DOE grants and issue publicly traded stock because other investors who do deeper due diligence likely are a pass.

If their business plan is a sound, then it seems like it would make sense for them to be taken private by venture capitalist and then scaled up?

Why not just say " I don't understand this"? I mean, not understanding is fine, but being negative about something that you also don't understand makes you sound like the folks who railed against cars in the horse and buggy area or folks who railed against tv in the dominance of radio. It's just weird to be honest and I question your motives.
