A total tech sector selloff is not a P&D.

This thread sure ended in the dump phase of a classic P&D.

Green energy stocks are getting annihilated across the board.

Out of curiosity what makes you think that? Are you not looking at the same markets I am this morning?

Well than tells us why if you know

Hold PHIL for 2 more more weeks before considering it trash.

The CEO needs to announce his financials, and he's a bit of a shuckster, but they've been in business a long time too, so he's a somewhat reliable shuckster. This wishy-washiness is driving the price down right now.

They also announced that they would be buying back billions of shares soon. That's when the payoff happens. I'm set to cash out at $0.01. I don't know if it will hit $0.02, but it could.

Sold some hcmc and bought phil this morning after the opening bell

the first 20 pages of this thread are repeated posts saying these are long term plays. it's your own fault if you sell now after a market correction.

You said I'm involved? Been watching as I've been looking at whole sector. Just have an issue with "guy who works at a hedge fund" posting on chat boards that all. Back in my day wasn't allowed - maybe its changed.

So you don't want to give anyone a reason why you think this is a pump and dump?

Yep. But the definition of "long" has been changed and is different in OTC than in the regular market. At the start of this thread long meant March-May. Now it looks like it may take many more months or years just to get back to even on these. Hope they are close to bottoming out.

Oh well, we are all supposed to be playing these with money we can afford to lose. I'm in at about 2% of my net worth. Do I want to lose this money? No! But when I made the decision to jump in, I was willing to risk it for a large return. I have to live with this decision. No way I'm taking a loss at this point.

Don't blame it on HoustonAggie. There are a number of other websites that were saying the same thing about ABML and BMIX months before he brought those companies up here.

He didn't take our money and invest it for us. We made these decisions. HoustonAggie doesn't have the power to influence stock price using the Texags investor base. He made some good points (which were echoed on other websites) that helped instill confidence in the companies. Unless bad news has come out on these companies, none of those points have changed.

Doubled the size of my position in $BMIX this morning at $.015. Seems like anything south of $0.02 is a good buying zone.

I thought about doing the same. I could average down from $0.72 to $0.54. But I don't want to throw good money after bad. I've lost confidence in this stock and have no idea what to do.

Because he might be right? Why do people get so bent out of shape if someone has a differing view on these investments?

If you knew it was a classic P&D, then you'd know to buy and sell early in the process.

Having a different opinion is fine. Popping over here every time there is downward movement and saying pump and dump, pump dump, isn't imo.

Give it some time man. I dont think Houston Aggie's definition of long term hold meant March-May. See how the stocks do 6-9 months from now, if still no gains then sell.

Ive owned XOM for 6 years and Im still down 30% lol. Ive tried to be as patient as possible with this stock but I think its finally time to dump haha.

At 2.45 the stock is 50% down from its high of 4.90 on 1/25.

It has a red candle stick the past 8 trading days in a row.

Since it's high on 1/25, starting on 1/26, it has 17 red candles and 4 green candles. That comes following an 8 day run up from 1.15 to 4.90...

Shares purchased before 1/20 are still positive.

He may well be right, but is not articulating a different view. When asked won't give any reason/specifics he thinks it's a p&d.

Basically he's just dunking on people when the price drops.

Certainly been there on the not knowing what to do. You've basically seen the bottom, and unfortunately it looks like you bought at the near-term top. I think you have to ask yourself, are you happy to have this investment tied up for the next 18-months to 2-years. If so, buy some dips and try to cut your average cost in half. If not, probably time to cut your losses and move onto the next trade. Just my 2 cents. GL!

After my internal complaining session ends I quickly move to the who cares because something unbelievable could still happen, and then onto the I won't look at it for a week no matter what....then it is right back to checking multiple times per day.

I played with some of these alt energy stocks, as well as some of the WSB "stonks" and other penny picks, but hedged with some good old fashioned fossil fuel (APA). Guess which is the only one above water right now (and up nearly 20%)?
