Quick question for you. I graduated back in May and am about 4 months into work. I have a nice little nest egg of stocks (apple, Walgreens, Facebook) thanks to some generous Christmas presents from my grandfather the last couple of years. Not really looking to move any of those (especially considering they were a gift and grandpa's still going strong) but wondered if you (or anyone else on this thread) had any tips for someone with no experience with trading (what sites to use, places to learn/read, or trusted resources) I should also mention I'm an engineer so my knowledge of the market in general is rather shallow. Thanks!

There is no AH trading of Pink Sheet OTC. Nothing to fear here. You may be seeing Form T trades. Which only insiders and funds can access.

LOL, I just opened my etrade to see that. I took most of my profits yesterday before close but left a little something in for today but still that was scary!

If you are new to trading I would HIGHLY suggest you not trade penny stocks. The most manipulated legal gambling you can do from a brokerage account. If you feel like gambling with you let money fine, but don't put anything in that you don't mind losing. Because 9 times out of 10 you will. The hope appears to be that the 1 time pays out enough to cover the other losses.
Oh for sure. This has been hammered into me from parents/grandparents. More just looking for info how to get started to get into it using my own money. Appreciate the warning though!

I would read the first post on the Stock Trading thread. There are a lot of long-time traders over there and a lot of knowledge.

For new investors this is good advice. Penny stocks are a small percentage of my dollars invested and I research them for weeks before I invest.
I'd also like to pony out that ABML (soon to be ABTC) will be on nasdaq soon.
