With regard to penny stocks portion within a portfolio, I too would like to see the advisor who says to hold up to 20% in them. I bet they're not active anymore

The CEO's bonus pay in linked to reaching certain milestones, including that uplisting. BUT, in order to build a recycling plant, he needs cash. So, the 250 mil shelf offering will eventually be tapped. BUT with an ave vol of about 10 mil shares per day, that would crush the price down to .50 & would be stupid, imo. Since the shelf-offering announcement, I have not sensed ANY dilution - my guess is the CEO wants to get the up-listing, the permitting, and maybe a Tesla announcement first -- then on that hype & higher price raise the cash needed to build the phase 1 plant. That means, I think the ST floor is $3 or higher.
I see this as a highly likely scenario. Funding is not an issue anymore, but the offering will cause a dip. It could be a $7 to $4 type dip post uplist.
