I thought it was established that either SeaBass (2015 Thread) or another regular.

As far as superstition goes.....
In no cases can it be allowed to be maca1028... who started the thread early and also declared the wrong opening day date last year, clearly and directly leading to the team's eventual downfall.

Also, the title should include "improbable" and "inconceivable", not any other words suggesting it is more likely than that.

A Raulito GIF shall be in the OP and each win will prompt a wonderful TOFA sacrifice.

You know... just to be sure not to anger the baseball gods.

Sounds like he's looking at starting the season on the DL. Talks of Musgrove, Martes, or even the dreaded and worthless Brad Peacock taking his spot.

So why would the Astros be interested in trading prospects for Quintana? I admit I don't know much about him but when I look at his stats he doesn't look like anything special.

He's top end guy but he's not elite.

He would arguably give us the best 1-2 punch and maybe one of the top overall rotations in the league.

I think that's where a lot of the high ask price comes from. Kind of a 'Hey look what he would do to your rotation' type sales pitch.
