But Grealish can do what nearly no other player can and that's keep the ball and control it into the box. Saka is a great player. But he wants to run full speed every time and switch it on to his left foot for a strike or he goes down so easy wishing for a pen.

Grealish can give his guys time to move into position and feed Kane.

England has no hint of offensive strategy. None. They have a goal because the Danes played a bad back pass and the ball ping ponged to Kane. Otherwise it's just been sit back, defense and slow play everything.

I don't particularly like the idea of Palmer on the left but if you're going to put Eze on the left, then you probably should have put Palmer on the left first.

Eze is great don't get me wrong but...he's not a left winger either.

England have scored 2 goals. One off a heavily deflected cross that otherwise would not have been finished by Bellingham's run. The other from a mental lapse by a defender that led to a cross, scrum, slop it into an empty net situation.

Is there another team with as much talent but is boring AF to watch like England? There are so many less talented teams that I've been more impressed with so far than them. Hell, all 3 of the other teams in their group are more fun to watch. Serbia and Slovenia was an outstanding match.
