I understand roman really wants to win, and for the most part I dont give an eff what he does regarding the manager. But show some damn loyalty to the players who have shown it to you. First Drogba, now Lampard, and if you dont think Terry is next you've got another thing coming. The second they can find a good young CB in the transfer market we can kiss "captain leader legend" goodbye
The youth movement is necessary, it's time.
Roman has paid these guys a hell of a lot of money and given them the opportunity to win a lot of hardware. He doesn't owe them anything; they should be grateful for the opportunity (and I believe they are).

I usually don't agree with Boo Boo on things, but I do on this one. As much as I hate to see him go, it is completely necessary. Next year he will be 35 & his age will start to show even more. There is no easy way around these things & European soccer is in the business of winning titles, not showing sympathy for loyalty towards then end of players careers. Does it suck, yes. Will I miss him, yes. Is cleaning out the old guard a necessary evil in order to stay competitive, YES!
I understand that sports is a business, and an unfair one at times. I also understand that Lamps, Terry, Drogba... Had their time and that time is done. Just would've liked it to be a more graceful exit for Lamps. Also would like to see RA load up with some English talent. I think what really bothers me is that there are no more English talents on the squad.
