I was on Monday night and saw 2-3 other tribe tags in chat. One was amazon something, I don't remember the others.

Just last night I ran across 2-3 other players in the wilderness. Well, I saw them they didn't see me

Over the weekend there were 13 players on at one point. I believe they had been advertising the server some.

I still seem to be having some lag spikes, but it hasn't been too bad.

I did end up with a very strange happening with my tamed dilo. I went into the water while trying to fight off a raptor, and he ended up falling in the water, then swimming to shore and got stuck right there on the shore line. I punched him over a few feet, but could not get him to follow. I ended up borrowing a flyer from base to bring him home, but he still just stood there. Maybe logging off fixed it, so I guess I'll see tonight.

There was also someone online in a "Hunters" tribe or something like that, but the Dinosmatter base seemed pretty empty while I was on (although significant improvements are sure happening when I'm offline).

Too bad about the dilo. I seen others talk about things like that in the forums, but haven't experienced it myself. Maybe the next server restart will fix it.

I thought about getting on last night, but I always end up staying up way too late when I do so I restrained myself.

Lvl 21 @ 4 hours. Ouch.

Also, I know it was mentioned earlier but the stimberry/narcotic method does NOT improve tame time. It was directly debunked by developers.

My theory for the story behind the game is we are on a previously unexplored Halo installation. At some point, Master Chief and the covenant will come, unleash the flood, and just as we finally finish a 5-day taming of the Gravemind, everything blows up.

So all wooden foundations are gone in the game. That means anything that was on a wooden foundation or wooden fence foundation is gone. The old stone wall around the main base was on a wooden foundation so it's gone. The taming pen is gone. The fence at the ocean base and taming pen on that island are all gone.

Yeah - that was really sweet. No idea how they pick teams, but would be awesome to get it on that.

Also, that survival mode is coming this month.
