When this story first broke my first thought was it was a disgruntled patient or family member of a patient who had been denied and died. I doubt it was schizophrenia. Haven't seen much of anything about severe psychosis, like what happened with Thomas Johnson. This thing was calculated and planned with a great deal of precision
