Just saw it. No way do i have time to read this whole thread, but... i guess, I don't know what to think. I know they've built up Rey, but what is the point of all this foreshadowing if she doesn't even at least falter with the dark side.
I mean, she turns straight to the dark apparently during training, so much so, Luke calls her out on it. And them, when the perfect time comes for her to at least flirt with the dark side, nope, she's still all good.
I'm not saying she should turn and be the bad guy. I'm saying, they keep showing her being lured and falling right into the dark, (when it doesn't count) but, then, in the big moments, its like shes superwoman.
I think it would have been awesome if Rey accepted Kylos proposal and the movie had ended with her unsure but on the dark side. Then ep 9 would be her redemption back where she tries to bring Kylo with her, but he wont come and the final battle is between her and him.
