Unless he take significant pay cuts, I don't think we can afford him. Its basically Madrid, PSG or City that can pay his level of salary

I would do 100m for Yildiz. Would be mildly concerned about Italy to England adjustments but he looks the most complete of all the Ws we are legit linked to and he is just 21. In that scenario I would ideally like to keep Marti another year because he provides something different. Think Tzolis is too similar to Yildiz.

FWIW..... TM says he is worth 75m euro so 100m is probably pretty reasonable. And he is currently on 56k euro/wk according to capology. He's one of the few options we could sign, double his salary and still have him in the bottom 3rd of our payroll.

Yeah pretty much. I tend to side with the club. Spend 10m+ on a kid is a bit much, even with the insanity of today's market

City continue to spend like drunken sailors...color me shocked. They built their finances by cheating and continue to benefit.

I know it won't happen but I really hope verdict comes down on the 115 and they get a prs deduction that guarantees relegation.

Think there is a chance Marti stays. Think they will listen to offers and see what they get. My guess is the minimum to move Marti will be 50m.

He's 31. Wingers don't typically age well and this is only the 4th time (across all leagues) a W older than 30 has been solid for 20m+. Id say this is a damned good deal.

If accurate, I don't get so excited paying a huge fee for Rogers. Perhaps I am not seeing something but struggling to see cost-value on par with Declan's fee.

I would imagine Rogers coming in would be to be an option across the front (except striker) and maybe part of an evolution of the attack to something a little different than what we're seeing.

PSG is playing hardball. Trying to claim Barcola is worth 120-130m. Id bet they back off that stance when they get Diomande over the line and Barcola starts pushing to exit.

Seeing Christian Kofane's name getting tossed around as a legit Arsenal target. Good young striker from Bayer, I believe the youngest player to ever score for them in the Champions League if I remember correctly.

I think it'd make good sense, depending on the price staying reasonable.
