Then there has been the complete ignoring of Nyoni's 2 YC worthy tackles that should have seen Liverpool down to 10 men after 10 minutes. You could also say that MacAllister could have gotten 2 YC in that same incident with Noni. First he slaps Odegaard on the back of the head and then he dives to try and con the ref into sending another player off.

I've had a few Liverpool buddies that have brought up the foul on Isak and they're pissed, which I completely agree with.

I still responded with the Tommy Lee Jones Fugitive .gif: "I don't care." We'll get screwed soon enough.

I do really want us to get Zubi and Mosquera back on the pitch. If past history is any indicator, we'll need at least one of them to start in a critical match. Sadly, I don't think Arteta will play them because he's a stubborn ass when it comes to rotation and letting players play their way out of a funk.

Good to see Eze starting. Listening to one of the podcasts the other day it sounded like he was dinged up enough last week that Arteta thought Tzis was more fit after having been out for a while. Made me a bit concerned that he had something nagging, and we definitely can't afford another hit there.

11 of our 16 matches so far this year have been on the road. Add in the injuries and some of these guys are running on fumes and need a break

He had a goal and an assist against Chelsea last season.

He scored a hat trick in the Champions League against City while playing for Sporting a couple seasons ago.

He is good enough, just doesn't get service. Coupled with that, the Arsenal don't play to his strengths.

City adapted to Haaland when he signed. Not saying Vik is on Haaland's level, but I do think we would see more goals if the tactics were tweaked to suit him.

Generally agree with you but part of VG's problem is that he has a bad 1st touch and in tight spaces that will kill any chance to score every time. He gets away with it in Europe and other leagues because he has more space. The issue is compounded in the EPL because most teams park against us making the space even less.

I'd love to see como become a powerhouse in Serie A consistently. It won't happen, but imagine being a top tier manager or free agent and being able to coach, play and live on Lake Como. Sign me up
