Fred got saved from a Yellow by Jon Moss' incompetence. He was going to card him (actually was taking it out of his pocket) when SOU played a fast restart. The new Laws allows for you to do that and come back at the next stoppage for the card. Except the next stoppage was like 3 minutes later and Moss forgot.

He had cleats on, but had to change cleats, likely for longer studs. I would say his decision to change cleats was a good one, no?

He literally should have been sent off twice and it was clear he was playing erratically and emotionally. No reason to keep him out there especially as he wasn't playing especially well, you have multiple options on the bench, and you have 5 subs.
