Ole has been given the permanent job. Not sure I would've done it yet but perhaps it was necessary in order to appropriately plan for the summer transfer season.
Phelan is staying on as well. The compensation for Molde is interesting. Molde is saying they expect cash. Woodward said we might play a friendly with them.

Once Zidane went back to RM I think this decision got a lot easier. Poch would have been a double financial whack. He might have cost upwards of $80MM. That's money you don't have for summer transfers and at the same time you give Levy and Spurs an extra $80MM to spend.

Why wouldn't you have done it yet?
There's a post a page or 2 ago that explained my reasoning but long story short, I didn't see an upside to doing it early even if he fully deserved it based on what he's achieved thus far.
