A slip up has to be forthcoming...but I would set the minimum expectation of points at 7 for these next 3.

Interesting quotes the last day from Poch and OGS. Poch tried downplaying his getting bounced out of the FA Cup and Gummi Bear Cup by saying there are more important things than winning trophies. When asked about that OGS basically said its all about winning.

Heard on Sirius FC that Fellaini is being linked to a club in the Chinese Super League. I have mixed emotions here. Yes he's an uncoordinated goon who is lucky not to get sent off in half the games he plays in. But...He's also scored a fair number of game winning goals with that padded head of his. And having a MF player that others are always looking for with their head on a swivel is not a bad thing. And he provides depth. Much needed depth.

Lastly, Dre00 didn't post the full crazy fixture list. Once it gets rolling it really gets rolling. Add to this a possible FA cup replay and possibly a UCL QF and possibly the FA cup QF's after this.

The thing about fellaini that keeps me wanting him around is this: if you were playing against him, you'd absolutely hate your job. He's physically huge, plays the chippy game, and is a consistent aerial threat. If you ever played soccer you always had one of these types on your team, and you know how he/she always got inside the opponents head.

At the end of matches, when the other players are all tired, seeing a player come on with his physical dominance and aggressive mindset really lights a spark.

Roberto Martinez realized this and played him a lot in the WC. He's not the best technical player, but he damn sure has his usefulness.

This is the Burnley that succeeded beyond expectations the last few seasons and not the one that was in the relegation zone until recently. Seems like they've got their mojo back.

I was following on my phone. Statistically we dominated but seems like maybe the bit of luck from recent games went against us. Defensive errors punished and missing easy goals. I expected Leicester to be the toughest game of the next 3 since it's away. Need 6 points from the next 2.
