I don't know what the original design of the building was but perhaps they had space for an additional tenant and are close enough to start soliciting LOIs.

I'm just throwing crap against a wall. I'd imagine if they had extra space they would have had a broker on it a long time ago. Unless the LOI fell out that is or they had someone that doesn't know the market. Old Jacksonville is a tough sell.
I haven't seen the sign, my wife mentioned it. However it doesn't appear they have been in a hurry to finish that building.

I've been told they use the same contractor all over the states so that's part of the hold up.

ya no kidding. There service though has been going down hill though. Last 3-4 times we have gone out there it has taken forever to get food.
We are enjoying it too but have only done to go so far.
ya we may start doing that because its rough.

Have not heard. I do know we're getting a Which Which before the end of the year.
I think I need to open a commercial kitchen used equipment shop, has to be a thriving market around here. I will probably sell the same stove 5 times a year.
It has gotten slower now that you mention it. I have no idea about their dinner crowd but their lunch crowd is decent every day I've been.
