The building where El Pollo Rico in Bryan was has just been re-painted a bright red. No idea what's coming there, but looks like a new restaurant.

Yaku Japanese Eatery is now open. It's in Northgate where Great Wraps used to be. I saw that our favorite yelper has not made it there yet to get the FTR (just a couple photos of the exterior before they opened).

Yole's La Familia opened in Wellborn. Has anyone eaten there yet? Verdict?
I grabbed lunch at Yole's yesterday. Same (or very similar) menu as Barron Rd location and I'm pretty sure the person who took my order used to work at the Barron Rd.

Not quite new business, but Doux Chene Apts. changed names (the first time in 40 or so years!) and it appears a substantial renovation will be done.
Yole's is owned by the same family that owns the original on Texas Ave in Bryan. They are open till 8 and beer will served as soon as permits come in! Quality is the same and location is nice
Had breakfast tacos at Yole's this morning. Yummy! Saw a sign that said they will be having "Taco Tuesdays" with 99 cent breakfast tacos on Tuesdays. Also, they have a lunch special everyday, I think it said for $5.99 including tea.

Yeah, to "The Flats On 12," whatever that means.
Also tried Yole's recently. The quality of the food is very high, and the service was fast and friendly. Good prices too. Great addition to this area.

i try to keep up with that one , love me some BB, i cant wait for CR to open bc its close to SW and i can leave work and go for lunch, and the one in bryan will be close to us, then the hollman location, we dont make it that often bc its a drive 
I think that was the Galindo deal, he moves at his own special pace.

He was the first to tip though... Stating that it smelled good but most things were sold out so he'll have to come back later. Great tip!
Still no activity at the Holleman Stripes.
Mad Taco close to opening. Coke guy was there on Thursday or Friday.

I would kill to have an In-N-Out Burger open up here. I remember it was just a few years ago that they opened up a store in the DFW area and now they're all over the state. Waco and New Braunfels most recently.

Waco's is announced but unbuilt, and none in Houston.
would imagine Houston's on their radar. It's only a 4 hour drive from DFW (well within their distribution guidelines)
