Picture quality is pretty bad, but I think that is a large hognose based on shape and patterning.

I agree but in that area a rattle would almost make it a Timber Rattlesnake.
I was thinking that was the back, but if thats the belly this makes senseRobk said:
Copperhead.
Hognose bellies are pretty plain.

There are timber rattlers in that area. This is not one but the pattern and black tail make it look like one. Likely hognose....
No, sorry this was just a screen shot from an instagram post from one of my wife's friendsBadace52 said:

The color is one thing I think is off. I do not think it is really black, just looks that way due to the lack of color of the overall photo.ttha_aggie_09 said:

There were some pretty awesome snakes in there. You should name them (and whether "poisonous" or not) so we folks can learn wtf not to kill.
I thought yall liked to guess. BTW don't kill any.agcrock2005 said:

Since I am on, here are a couple cell phone shots from last year. Understand I do not take a lot of time photographing anymore. Just quick cell phone shots for the most part.
This was my second guess, and seeing it on a computer and not my cellphone, I'm much more confident that this is a headless cottonmouth.12f Mane said:AZAG08 said:

Belly pattern and black ventral past the tail, I would say cottonmouth

I will defer to 12f Mane. My main hangup on cottonmouth is I do not think that is true to color, based off all the other colors I am seeing it as lighter. Plus he knows more about LECHS (Lame east coast herps). LOL.
