So if Medicaid won't cover a procedure, and the illegal aliens won't pay for the procedure, just who is going to pay for it? The hospital administrators who tell the doctors how to code the procedure and submit the process for reimbursement? Yeah, right.

And if by some off chance the administrators would code the procedure in a spirit of the law, non-fraudulent manner, are the hospitals going to just swallow the loss, or are they going to jack up the prices to the next non-illegal patient that they can overcharge- you know, the typical American tax payer?

And what about all the other Democrat demands? You know, the demands for green energy subsidies, the encouragement and subsidization of gender dysphoria, the renewing of Obamacare subsidies, subsidizing NPR and PBS, sending billions to NGOs, etc.

What is different about the optics of this shutdown?

Is it lack of slush money funds to "Journalists" to parrot the left wind propaganda? Something seems to be very different with respect to the media narrative. The bully pulpit is hardly saying anything but the message is clear.
