Did we really think that ABC was ultimately going to do the right thing? I fell for it and now I feel stupid.
ABC and jimmy k. are still **** and I won't be watching any more than I ever did (none) so I guess the world hasn't changed either way...
The fact anyone give a rats ass about this is astronomical

The worst thing the FCC did was get involved or appear to get involved. They could have gotten the free market to make the decision for them.
Yep. He gave the left all they needed to blame it all on Trump and scream about "free speech."
Team Trump loves to step on the rake and toss the opposition a lifeline at the worst possible times.

With Trump, Bondi etc etc, comes a lot of unforced errors.

Horse***** Its just every little thing is amplified AND Trump puts so much information out there.
At the end of the day, the "rhetoric" around Trump, Bondi, etc has zero impact other than juicing X posts and f16 posts.

Guess I'll have to continue not watching him.

He'll get a short lived earrings boost as people that haven't watched in years (just look at his ratings... What 250k in the key demo?) .
But odds are even if he apologized for his lies, he can only hide his stripes for so long. Like a middle aged woman dying her roots, the true color will show soon

Hey, Trump's time(s) in the WH are what make paying attention to politics worth it. If you're of enough to remember politics pre-Trump, you know how boring AF things were.
Right or wrong, the man at least makes things fun.

Seriously, late night tv has been a wasteland for a long time.
Old school David Letterman was the best - especially stupid pet tricks.

If Jimmy Kimmel really wants to do the right thing his first guest should be Erika Kirk.

What's comical is that the left clearly didn't care about him as they weren't watching him either and had they been watching him in droves, the network wouldn't have halted his show to begin with no matter what he said. Now all of a sudden him going off the airwaves was a free speech violation rather than a declining non-funny show that no one watched where the host pushed the envelope one too many times.
Its similar with Colbert. For all the gnashing of teeth about CBS pulling his show, they wouldn't be if this hero to the left and overt propagandist was pulling in the ratings just with the left but they didn't even support him.

1000% percent agree.
BTW - If folks want to watch Trump really bungle a topic, the Autism announcement today was painful even for the most ardent Trump supporter to watch (I speak from experience on this one).
He needed a giant teleprompter in a fake oval office to get this one right. Way to complex. Then he calls on RFK Jr to clean it up.
I think I agree with the recommended changes, but someone is going to have to clean up. In short, people should divest from Kenvue (makers of Tylenol) and invest in the Amish.

I mean I would have trouble pronouncing that as well. Also, just checking but you watched Joe Biden during any of his public speaking events the last 4 years......correct?

The fact that anyone thought this situation would end differently is surprising.
“Sinclair will not lift the suspension of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on our stations until formal discussions are held with ABC regarding the network's commitment to professionalism and accountability.

Sinclair also calls upon Mr. Kimmel to issue a direct apology to the Kirk family.…
