But as mentioned his contract was up and the lawyers agreed to what was best for all.

I don't agree with it, but the board has not reached out to ask my my opinion and what I would do as CEO.

I suspect the two sides worked out a compromise and Kimmel will start off issuing some lukewarm apology and then steer clear of Charlie Kirk stuff…

I doubt he makes any donation like Nexstar asked for…

I would remind everyone that just because Kimmel is allowed back at ABC doesn't mean that the affiliates have to air him…

I do think Kimmel will at least make some attempt to fall on his sword a little as it relates to wrongfully claiming the assassin's motives…and maybe even go so far as to say he does not condone political violence of any kind, regardless of motive…

I think he's already issued a blanket statement on this yesterday. Or at least I saw a quote from him that I assume was real.

the NY post and their reporting that Hunter's laptop contained evidence of his dad's long suspected and quite frankly obvious history of public corruption. Free press unless it doesn't support the regime. Free press unless there's bad regime news before an election.

I don't expect that at all. Will tape it to watch the opening. Wouldn;t surprise me if ABC was concerned about a law suit and decided to let the contract play out, assuming it ends in May like I read.

I'm just curious to what he says when he comes back. I used to watch his show sometimes but then he got super political so I stopped.

He's still going to be a hateful lying little Pravda tool and he'll still not be funny. We can continue not watching. Disappointing that the broadcasting affiliates finally stood up and said 'enough is enough' only for the Marxist drivel to get forced back over the air just days later.

Lesson to the public- enjoy rejoicing about the murders we've been inciting with lies, we'll keep doing it.

The affiliates don't have to air his show...

Ratings are gonna SUCK without all those stations...which means advertisers are going to back out - why waste money when only some of the ABC stations will have the show.

So, even LESS revenue from the show - but still all of the costs associated with production.
