Where are the birds? We were showed chickens. But I have not seen any other birds randomly flying in the background, scattering from noise, very odd; clearly intentional. So assuming chicken's survived but wild birds did not; why? Saw buffalo, seen a frog; assume rabbits, cows and other live stock for food...but no crows, pigeons, hawks etc.
My guess is they're just not making a point to show them. I may be wrong, but it's a pain in the ass to film animals. Need wranglers, etc.
And to catch wild birds, there are so many people they get scared off. You have to intentionally . film wild birds and honestly they probably have more things to do.

Did anyone recognize Anna Torv as Tess?
I recognized her voice right away as familiar but the change in appearance blocked me from knowing that Tess was Olivia (the lead female) from the show Fringe.
I used to love that show and glad to see her still getting roles.

I loved the appearance of Elaine Miles. I haven't seen her in anything in close to 30 years and she looks exactly the same just older. Her voice sealed it to me it was Marilyn.

Great episode that allowed the actors to cook. Not much action but you don't need much action at this point because the tension is so high. I just hope next week isn't all a flashback and we get to see how she deals with Joel.

Loved Northern Exposure and I was smiling that entire scene because Marilyn was back even if just for 2-3 mins.
