Did you know diarrhea is hereditary?

Wtf was in that building?
I think this is one of those moments where you have to remember that it's based on a video game. Driving backroads and avoiding conflict do not make for a good game, and whatever happens in this city seems like it represented a decent chunk of the game. Sure, the show could've decided to have them make the smart decision to avoid cities, but I think it would make the world feel less dangerous if they were able to drive across country without any confrontation.Geddy Lee soul patch said:
Another good episode, but why would they drive into a city instead of skirting around them?
Yeah, and how hard is it to jump off the highway and back on without getting lost?Geddy Lee soul patch said:

I thought it was bc they need to refuel every hour or 2. If you get too rural, then you risk ending up stranded.Geddy Lee soul patch said:

Immediate reaction: It's hard for me to believe that Kathleen from HR has the screen presence needed to represent someone who is supposed to be a leader of this heavily armed militia group. Maybe the next episode will convince me otherwise…or maybe this lady was really miscast.
I liked everything else about to this episode though.
This latest Last of Us episode of course lacks the emotional punch of Ep 3, but it’s a wonderful hour of character building. In fact, I’d say this episode more than any previous one informs us exactly who this girl is: an authentic contradiction of empathy and violence.

So cool to see Joel drop his guard and laugh at the end.
Good episode, very solid for a builder type episode where they have to lay out a new area and characters.
I like that he never *****ed her out for having a gun when he explicitly told her not to have one. So many shows would have the tired dialogue exchange of "I told you not to take a gun!" "Yeah, well, if I didn't you'd be dead right now, you're welcome!" We've seen that done plenty of times.
Yeah, she'd fine as an actor, but I can think of no scenario where somebody like that would become leader of anything other than a knitting club.M.C. Swag said:
Ya I didn't mean to say she's a bad actor, I just question her choice for this role. We'll see if that changes but just from this episode it felt horribly incongruent.
