That was great. Loved the way they set a mystery they could have dragged out the whole season, and were just "nope her it is let's move on"
My only question is if Maeve is playing the long game. In season one she got her powers by getting killed and having the techs power her up. Maybe she lost on purpose so Serac would have to give her more power. (Or maybe Delores did kick her ass, but the result is the same and she gets a full in terminator body for next episode)

Dolores must've had a hell of a head start to get Sato/Musashi to make it all the way to a mob boss of the Yakazi.

1. Dolores presumably with the pearl from Halores
2. Charlotte with a Dolores pearl
3. Connels with a Dolores pearl

Karate is a lazy plot device. Hope they don't do that all season.
She must have the Abernathy pearl. It's got the encryption key. And that file was to big to carry in her own head without getting ****ed up.

There is clearly some super network that Maeve was tapping into to control machines. Maybe Delores can do the same to control people.

Oh and why did the Hale body have such a hard time meshing with the Delores clone pearl? The other bodies seemed ok, and that body was already Delores before?

I think the order is the same as it was presented in the show:
Hales says to take company private, AI agrees.
Assistant figures out that the minority shares are one big conglomerate share.
Hales then goes to get the real Man in Black on board to get remaining minority holders on their side.

No. Taking the company private is no longer an option. That ended upon the discovery that Serac bought a majority of shares. So Charlotte needed to have William committed in order to take over his shares. Now that she has control, I'm assuming the plan shifts to somehow convincing the board to take on Serac, though I'm not quite sure how.
I'll tell you this much... I love the twist. And that this story is going to be about what makes up an identity. If you can just copy Delores over and over, then there is no humanity to Delores. But, if you take Delores, then go place her in other bodies handling other events and experiences, do they develop into new people separate and distinct from THE Delores? If so, then are the real?

Exactly. Very nature vs. nurture. Such a cool direction to take it. This is literally and figuratively the mother of all character arcs.
