Assuming that zombie baby isn't born with natal teeth, you might be able to just declaw the thing and carry on as if it were a normal baby. Might be kind of fun to play with actually, aside from what I can only imagine are dangerously weak zombie fontanelles.

Glenn keeping that turd alive is a perfect way for him to die. It's poetic. Glenn kept telling him "you're gonna get ppl killed" then continued to try and change him. It quite fitting.

What if babies conceived after the outbreak are immune due to the infections/antibodies of the parents or some such nonsense? Preservation of the species and making a better place for future generations are barely present tenets in the current TWD world because they all think they're doomed. But this could be that breath of humanity that everyone needs to "THINK OF THE CHILDREN" and become more civilized once again.
Kind of like the movie Children of Men.

What bothered me the most of this episode was that the balloons were still floating. There is no way helium last that long. I can accept that the new balloons that Enid filled would work, but those that they happened upon would have been on the ground.

Didn't Ricks group put the balloons out as a way to mark the path that they were leading the herd on? If that's the case, they wouldn't have been out for very long. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I saw them marking the path.
