If NCST is still depleted tomorrow (the broadcast mentioned they might get some back) I would bet Corbs rolls the dice and saves Leiter. He could enter from the pen if absolutely necessary but ideally be ready for game 1 of the finals.

The outcome of tonight's game might have some bearing on the decision too though.

Agree. We can debate what is right/wrong, good/bad, etc about the Covid rules, but they are what they are relative to this game. Can't this thread be about how NC State and Vandy are dealing with the cards they've been dealt?

You are correct there. If Vandy loses today or tomorrow, the decision of who to pitch in the finals becomes a very easy one.
