Yeah when he requested the trade I was wondering what the hell the Spurs could get for him. A late 2nd round pick? Even that would be a big time stretch.

He looked promising last year, but this year he showed he just doesn't have it mentally.

Yeah I cannot even fathom why they think it is a good idea to play Clay Thompson. They already have a slew of injuries that will already set them back going into this offseason. Why risk one of your best players like that?

And they could use that lotto pick this year. Hopefully Jackson will throw in the towel in the 3rd.

Strange that Blair has started 62 games but will probably barely see the floor in the playoffs.

What do the rest of you think about Blair's future with the team? Obviously the club will keep him next year for 1 million. If they're able to add some young talent at the 4/5 I think they can easily afford letting him go after next year. He's a more polished Malik Rose. Doesn't seem to fit in with a team's long-term plans.

The only way Mills sees significant minutes is if Neal absolutely disappears. Otherwise he will be relegated to come-back duty or 3 point shooting lineup.

Speaking of Mills, I noticed he has the player option for next year at 1 million. I wonder if anyone else has noticed him enough to allow him to command more $$$.

For the playoffs, Mills is 4th in the PG rotation after Parker/Neal/Manu. He might get some minutes, but probably not when the game is in doubt.

Blair is a nice regular season guy. Not sure he is going to get better than this, so eventually they'll use that spot for someone they think will develop into a playoff rotation player. He might hang on another year though.

I can't believe that we won't see some epic tanking at the end here. Golden State, you're throwing away a chance at a lotto pick? Really?

For the Spurs, if they'd actually like to win for the hell of it, have got to get Byers or Joseph off the floor. Both of them out there together make the offense stagnant as hell.

I'd like to see them keep the 50 win streak alive.
