It's their player personalities to the casual fan who has no rooting interest that are boring, and I can understand that. You have to be a Spurs fan to appreciate that, and there are only so many Spurs fans, mostly centralized in south Texas.
If this team played in New York or LA, they would already be talked about as one of the best teams of all time, in any sport. People would be hanging on every boring thing they have to say, because those teams just have a lot bigger following by the numbers.
