Dang, took off my favorite but kept the wife's favorite.
We've been to Cochon 5-6 times and have always had good service and very tasty food.
Let's hope this works for them.

I have, because Cajun is the only seafood I can get here with Long John Silver's under renovation. Also, if "catfish" if your featured seafood, that disqualifies you as well.

On occasion, both Ronin and more commonly the Republic have fresh Gulf NON Cajun seafood. As in not tilapia or catfish or salmon. Those are my two go-tos for this and I can't think of any others. Possibly Casa Mangiare, I'd have to check.

I know Fish Daddys' isn't high end, but I agree that it can fit the bill and without a spending a fortune.

Just drove by AG Solar Guard on Texas Avenue and looks like they had a big fire, three or four fire trucks there. From what we could see, I suspect major damage so they likely will be closed awhile.

I went to "Wanna Taco" today at 12:40. There was only 1 other customer there. This was my first time and its pretty decent. Hope its just an off day. (I feel the same about American Centro - I keep going as often as I can)

Good grief. Not that difficult to get to. Guess I'm just used to having to go past restaurants off I35, 635, toll road, or Central in Dallas and having to circle back on a side road. Ever been to Gringos when it's busy and have to park on the back 40?
