Speaking of that kind of thing....I was a student at Oklahoma State during the April 19th OKC bombing and I was working my student job listening to my headphones during all the live newscasts that day I remember early on they were saying that somekind of HVAC unit on the building my have exploded and up to 5 people may be dead. I mean really, half the building was gone? Always sticks out to me as the most ridiculous early on news reporting for these types of stories.

Yeah, there's a picture of a dude putting on his kit wearing running clothes. I'm pretty sure when theses active shooter calls go out anyone who is LEO instantly responds.

Is not "further down" earlier in time? First they said one victim. Later they updated to multiple fatalities.

I just don't understood how this happened. This outlet mall is part of Simon Property Group which has a "no firearms" policy for all of its properties including concealed carry.

A real mystery indeed.

Just on first look from the overhead picture and from what I know so far, I'm honking some type of drug deal/confrontation gone wrong vs mass shooter type of thing, as someone else has said before.

Everyone shot was in that corner, I see a backpack (typical shoppers don't wear backpacks to the mall), heard something about shooter having a dodge charger.

There's a teen and his mom saying guy wearing a black tactical with rifle was shooting. They think it was the shooter but eye witness can be very shaky

They say they saw him dead on the ground when they were leaving/being evacuated
