I can imagine Agmom driving one of the grandkids home in Ft Worth, the grandkid begins to act up for whatever reason ( didn't I read somewhere that the child was throwing up?) and she becomes a bit distracted, frantic to help the grandchild, she drives a bit erratic, maybe even swerving back and forth into another lane on the freeway-

and didn't I also read that the PD had a "bounty" out for drunk drivers, seems like the lady cop just wanted to get a "bounty" point -

with that said, what he did in outing the cop was a POS act and he should be held accountable for that.

Toxicology does not match up with the field tests at all but that is the way it goes sometimes. Now I want to see all of the footage.

Any one of these is enough reason to arrest her for suspicion of DWI. When the blood results come back I will be shocked if she is under a 0.15.

The officer at the scene did her job and protected that baby and the general public from an intoxicsted driver. For that, she is receiving death threats. Allen West had my vote for governor right up until he demanded that the chief and mayor come to his house and apologize and the officer be fired and put her name out in public. Do you think he's going to go to the chief, mayor, and officer's houses and apologize to them when her blood test comes back over the limit? He lied when describing the officer's behavior. He cannot be trusted and he comes off as an entitled bully.

WAT isn't a whole lot better for olds. She's also not the slimmest of individuals. She had a whole lot going against her for those two tests.

But agree, she is pretty horrible at following instructions. That said, I've had some people who were pretty awful at it that I ended up not arresting.
