We've got a cop that all but guaranteed she was over .15.
Not a good look for Bocephus sharing he talked to the cops on the seen as assured us 0.15.
Not a good look for multiple DPD who claimed a person with an 0.00 BAC would have 0.15.
Anyone who was EVER arrested by Bocephus for DUI... well, you know...

I too would like to see all the body cam footage. If it was anyone but Milner I would suggest something was up. What I saw on that video does not go along with that test result (neither does what I was told from the scene).
Yay! God bless Mrs. West. Glad it worked out for her.justcallmeharry said:

This one is done...
DA released a letter saying charges dropped, no alcohol or toxicology. It's in the news story Harry linked.Charpie said:
Also, this is a letter from an attorney's office. Where is the toxicology report? Why hasn't that been released?

So you dispute which result? The toxicology or field tests?
Um. Yeah?Hurricane Laura said:

I can imagine Agmom driving one of the grandkids home in Ft Worth, the grandkid begins to act up for whatever reason ( didn't I read somewhere that the child was throwing up?) and she becomes a bit distracted, frantic to help the grandchild, she drives a bit erratic, maybe even swerving back and forth into another lane on the freeway-
and didn't I also read that the PD had a "bounty" out for drunk drivers, seems like the lady cop just wanted to get a "bounty" point -
with that said, what he did in outing the cop was a POS act and he should be held accountable for that.

Toxicology does not match up with the field tests at all but that is the way it goes sometimes. Now I want to see all of the footage.

She had spilled alcohol on her shirt and a McDonalds cup containing alcohol in the center console of the SUV. The car smelled like an alcoholic beverage when you approached it. These are all signs of intoxication.
Any one of these is enough reason to arrest her for suspicion of DWI. When the blood results come back I will be shocked if she is under a 0.15.
The officer at the scene did her job and protected that baby and the general public from an intoxicsted driver. For that, she is receiving death threats. Allen West had my vote for governor right up until he demanded that the chief and mayor come to his house and apologize and the officer be fired and put her name out in public. Do you think he's going to go to the chief, mayor, and officer's houses and apologize to them when her blood test comes back over the limit? He lied when describing the officer's behavior. He cannot be trusted and he comes off as an entitled bully.
lol. That really doesn't match up with what you said about the people that didn't think she was drunk. We were idiots and fools who were going to be embarrassed.Bocephus said:

I make lots of mistakes. This does not make a lot of sense though. Nystagmus with a zero tox?

I'm not hedging. She was intoxicated on alcohol. I have REPEATEDLY said that I believe the blood will test at .15 or higher.
WAT isn't a whole lot better for olds. She's also not the slimmest of individuals. She had a whole lot going against her for those two tests.DannyDuberstein said:
IMO it was not about her balance. It was about her complete inability to follow the most simple of instructions. But yeah, I think the one leg balance test for olds is a dumb one and would expect them to do poorly.
So with all of this in mind and the fact that the arrresting officer said she smelled alcohol and the whole McDonald's cup BS, what next for the officer? What sort of disciplinary actions can (and absolutely should) be taken given that she is a liar?Player To Be Named Later said:WAT isn't a whole lot better for olds. But agree, she is pretty horrible at following instructions. That said, I've had some people who were pretty awful at it that I ended up not arresting.
