I have been an extreme skeptic on this topic for 99% of my life. The abundance of disclosure and whistle blowing and attention this is getting, particularly over the last 12 months or so, has convinced me that *something* is going on. What, I don't know. Aliens? Still very difficult for me to get on board with.
It's all very confusing and I don't know what to make of it honestly. You'd think the Pentagon releasing footage and publicly announcing the now undeniable existence of UAP's would be front page earth shattering news. The biggest news story maybe ever in history, yet it met with 'meh.'
I'm stumped.
I agree with your take. I love a good Aliens discussion. But as intriguing as it sounds, it is not real. Aliens may exist somewhere, but they are not here on planet Earth, and I'll go as far to say they will never be here (and we will never travel to where they are, either). You need to come up with some real fantasy sci-fi assumptions to make it work regarding physics, and our proximity in the vastness of space to said aliens for our paths to ever cross with them. I'm not even close to believing we will ever interact with space aliens.
I am also mildly curious why it is being tossed about so much lately, but I do not believe it has anything to do with preparing the world for some earth-shattering news about alien visitors. Caveat - my deadset assuredness that this is baloney could be an indicator the opposite is true!
