Thinking about Bruce Lee due to the excellent Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood (and I'll come back to topics of Manson and Laurel Canyon).
The "mystery" of his death is 2 fold, and involves a legit cover-up, but not for the reason a lot of people think.
He died due to heatstroke - because he had a crude "anti-sweat" surgery (glands removal).....while in bed with a mistress ..... not walking with his family. The delay in announcement, and the lie about who he was with, caused a lot of confusion. So the mystery was not HOW, but WITH WHOM.

However, I have a feeling this may become a post. Credentialed and experienced pilots are questioning.

Ross Douthat has a typically good column today, although he is harder on the president than IMO is deserved. Anyway, he's a long-time proponent of discussing LBJ and JFK (who hated each other) misdeeds. Today has some good links to articles as a primer.

Here is one been wondering about--- has it ever been alleged that the "17 intelligence agencies" are actually coordinated and something of a fraud, because they seem to show too much group-think--more than 17 possibly ever would? Related to this is the astonishing regularity of leaks of any kind of national security panel or hearing or some kind of review.

That doesn't make any sense. What does that have to do with the question even remotely? Does this perhaps tie to something already mentioned in the thread that implies we don't have enemies or something bizarre? Good show. First season especially; the second season wasn't quite as good but still worth the watch. Jack Ryan's boss being named "Jim" maybe wasn't the best choice

Two episodes in to first season. It is very good -- even the villains have a story and personality. Really? I grant the possibility of Parthia--it might explain some things and we have enough unknown about his life to allow it.
Now St. Thomas going to India is a fairly enduring claim and you can't help but wonder---there is nothing to especially rule it out. But I never heard that he rushed back (I guess to join St.John?) at the Assumption /Dormition. That would be about 48 AD to some estimates.
