That the other side of the world doesn't actually hate us and the world is peaceful thus no need for billions in annual budgets while citizens live in fear of the next attack? Makes sense.titan said:
Here is one been wondering about--- has it ever been alleged that the "17 intelligence agencies" are actually coordinated and something of a fraud, because they seem to show too much group-think--more than 17 possibly ever would? Related to this is the astonishing regularity of leaks of any kind of national security panel or hearing or some kind of review.
That doesn't make any sense. What does that have to do with the question even remotely? Does this perhaps tie to something already mentioned in the thread that implies we don't have enemies or something bizarre? That answer seems out of left field.Kanyes psychiatrist said:That the other side of the world doesn't actually hate us and the world is peaceful thus no need for billions in annual budgets while citizens live in fear of the next attack? Two episodes in to first season. It is very good -- even the villains have a story and personality. It increasingly looks like the good storywriting has migrated from movies to TV.57 STATES! said:titan said:What is the premise? Good show. First season especially; the second season wasn't quite as good but still worth the watch. Jack Ryan's boss being named "Jim" maybe wasn't the best choice

In brief, I believe:
- Jesus traveled as far east as Parthia, to visit Mensor, Theokeno, and Seir
- St. Thomas made it to the coasts of India and China, and rushed back when St. Mary was assumed - outside of Ephesus
Really? I grant the possibility of Parthia--it might explain some things and we have enough unknown about his life to allow it.
