Rather misleading I'd say.

I'm not reading the 120+ posts since I checked this morning, but…
I'll admit the episode took me outside of my comfort zone regarding gay stuff. I could have done with less man kissing. But the story was beautifully written, told, and acted. Really well done.
Not to criticize, it just blows my mind that it makes anyone THAT uncomfortable. Its not like you're seeing them naked gettinf after it. It's just lips meeting….
It's just mind blowing to me that you'd let that affect such an awesome episode. I can't imagine being upset at two people kissing as long as they're consenting adults…. Just bizarre.
did you skip the gay suicide?Teslag said:BallerStaf2003 said:Ol Jock 99 said:

And if it's that upsetting just skip it. We skipped/FF'ed all the gay parts and it was fine.

so you basically watched, what? 5 mins of the episode? They were two gay men. Hate to tell you, but any time Frank or Bill were on-screen, it was a "gay part."Teslag said:BallerStaf2003 said:Ol Jock 99 said:

TWD has many seasons, you might do better watching that.Milwaukees Best Light said:
What an awful snoozer. I signed on to watch zombies and guns, not brokeback compound. I don't even care about all the gay stuff. I thought the crappy HBO app put on a nee episode of stupid Station Eleven instead of the show I thought I wanted. I am sure that episode will get them some kind of award nomination for being so brave and whatever, but it was boring as hell and if they keep this up, I am out. Learned my lesson on Station crappy ass Eleven.

This is not a show for you. From what I can gather... yes there are zombies. But that's not the main point of the show. It's about human relationships.Milwaukees Best Light said:

Is this for real? I thought this based off a video game? How do you make a video game out of human relationships? Video games are blasting zombies and box pushing.
I feel like this episode is probably a one off. Not sure I would stop watching a show based on one episode that appears to have very little with what is going to take place in the future.Chuck Cunningham said:From what I can tell, yes.Milwaukees Best Light said:Chuck Cunningham said:This is not a show for you. I think it's okay to not love that episode. If I just liked it, can the show still be for me? This over the top reaction to this episode from both camps is weird. You don't sound like you've played many games. You can go back to the 90s and find games with human relationships, and it's only evolved as a story telling medium since then.Milwaukees Best Light said:Chuck Cunningham said:This is not a show for you. I havent played the video game yet, but my understanding from what friends have told me is they did manage to make a great video game out of human relationships. My understanding is it isn't Left 4 Dead or HaloMilwaukees Best Light said:Chuck Cunningham said:This is not a show for you. From what I can gather... yes there are zombies.
