Oklahoma State opened as a 2.5 point favorite against Texas at home. Now they're a 4.5 point underdog. My numbers have this as a pick em, so I'll gladly take the points if everyone is healthy. Going to look into this.
Update: Lots of uncertainty around the health of Sanders. Big loss for the Pokes if he doesn't play. Wouldn't blame you if you roll the dice and take the points here but I'm going to monitor it.

I have Clemson projected as a 16.5 to 17 point favorite at home vs Syracuse. Play that up to about -14. I was able to get it at -13.
Oregon is currently laying 6 points at home against UCLA. I have that projected as Oregon -2.5. Take the Bruins and the poins there.
I think the ULL/Arkansas State total is too high. I don't see these teams getting over 48 or so. Take the under 51.5.

OK, my brain has been questionable today so I need my fellow gamblers to confirm my thinking here. If I bet $100 on all 6 of these teams to win the title I break even if any of the Warriors, Celtics, or Clippers win and I win $400 if any of the Nets, Bucks, or Sixers win, right? Only risk is if someone outside of this group wins, which is a longshot. Am I missing something here?Quote:

I get what you're saying, but keep in mind Utah was favored in that game. It wasn't an upset. Definitely will be a tough game though.

If those last 3 teams are all 10:1 (+1000), then that math checks out. I didn't click the link to actually look what their odds are and the text you quoted says 10:1 or shorter, so that makes me think they aren't all +1000 though.
Keep in mind that depending on your book, you may not be allowed to do that. I like the way you think though!

My book had slightly different numbers. I got Celtics +700, Bucks, +675, Warriors, +575, Clippers +700, Sixers +1400, and Nets +750. I put $100 on each so if the Warriors win I lose $25. Anyone else from that group and I win a minimum of $75 and a maximum of $800. If by some chance a team outside those 6 make the Finals I imagine I can hedge to minimize a potential $600 total loss.texasaggie2015 said:
