It's a Church … I called the construction company and the lady who answered the phone told me. I think Church of Christ. I was hoping for a restaurant.
That was my guess when we drove by the other day. I had heard it would be commercial, but the layout didn't seem right.
Something to add to the traffic congestion in that area. We need something at the end of Hardy Weedon before there is another tragic accident with the folks coming out of PowerSports.

There are way too many businesses with entries right there. Then you throw the Powersports rush into it plus the new developments down Hardy Weedon, and I'm surprised there aren't more accidents than there are. 5pm there is absolute chaos.
It does look like its getting some attention from KBTX after yesterday's wreck further down.
And this isn't really pertinent to this topic... probably needs a separate thread.

I complained about it when I lived in Cypress, but it's hands down better than anything in this area, Houston Garden Center would be fabulous. I did and still use Plants for All Seasons and Arbor Gate, that is what I would really love here!EBrazosAg said:
Agreed. moon Valley will help. Calloways/Corneilus would be game changing. I've been lobbying them on their FB page. I'm sure it will eventually happen - they have expanded to Cedar Park and two Houston suburban locations in past 3 years.
If the location of Moon Valley is right on the frontage road between University and Briarcrest, it's going to be a pain to access. They really should've extended Wildflower down to University as an alternate route to parallel the freeway.

That seems like a good location for the new plant nursery. Lots of traffic in that area and very visible from the freeway. Hopefully this will spur new business activity for that area of Bryan. Thanks for including the map.

Varsity Grill - yummy food, nice menu options, just enough TVs without being over the top, service a little slow but it was a date night so we didn't care. Would like to go back!
