I was on vacation all last week so I didn't really keep up with OTAs or anything...
Doesn't sound like we had too many surprises, no injuries, and it sounds like Pickens reported so should be in pretty good shape going into camp in a few weeks.
Sounds like there are still questions about LB which was to be expected. The secondary looks to be completely rebuilt and ready to go, lots of optimism that it will be much improved over last year.

Wild ass story concerning Terrion Arnold being arrested on kidnapping and robbery charges. Cowboys related as Detroit traded up with Dallas in the 2024 draft to select Arnold.

That story is being run by multiple sports reporting sites so it's probably true.

Yeah, the Nabers deal is why I was a bit confused by their draft.
Not that I was in love with the WR class... I was not... But they were in a prime spot to grab their favorite WR and then get Downs with their top picks.
Instead they went with Reese. Could be a stud, but it was hardly a position of need for them. Feels like going WR and Downs would have immediately made them better. Maybe I'll be wrong long term but I don't think so.
EDIT: I had to look and forgot TN took Tate right before NY which was where the draft spiraled for many teams. So NY did not have their pick at all the WRs.

Speaking of Downs and the draft... Forget NY... I still can't believe that Dan Quinn (Wash) passed on him. He was the 3rd OSU defender taken. No way! Just no way that happens.
Seeing what Quinn was able to do with a JAG like Kearse in Dallas, I thought for sure Downs was a Commander if he was there.
The only hope I had for Quinn passing on my favorite player was if a pass rusher fell to them. That didn't happen and they took Styles instead.

Glad to see the NFL finally stepping up for something that happened back in 2024. Absolutely nothing to see here, this suspension has nothing to do with the fact that he now wears the Star.

Seems like they waited for the criminal case to play out here, but as mentioned, they sure don't seem consistent with that
when Jerry failed at getting Goodell fired he sealed the fate of any disciplinary issues between us and the league

Has everything to do with their HC and him calling the shots. He neglected WRs for years for Baltimore. He's always going to favor defense if the choice is between generational edge/utility LB vs good WR

Pretty good interview with Will McClay by Bryan and Voch. Camp starts next week. I'm pretty optimistic about this season.
