Who you seeing? Billy Strings just announced new dates today including another three day Texas run in April after just being here last month.

Houston>Austin>Dallas presale tomorrow and public onsale Friday at 10 am. The last three day run was one of the best I've ever done. Can't wait to do it all over again, especially considering the venue choices for Houston and Austin which I haven't been to before. And that three day tour ender at the Ryman in Nashville-oh my.

Only thing I potentially had anytime soon was Cursive but they just rescheduled those dates

Probably see John Mayer @Toyota Center in April, but missed out on initial sale so just waiting on secondary deal.

Then Built To Spill @ White Oak in May.

Yeah. I saw them on the "Images And Words" tour with Galactic Cowboys in the early 90's. Haven't seen them since.

Eric always puts on a great show. I remember the last show of his Venus Isle tour at Austin City Music Hall - he did a 10 song encore because the crowd kept pushing for more. Saw him in CS in '97 at some club across the street from Campus.

I saw Dream Theater open for Yes back in 2004. Crazy good musicians - should be playing Jazz instead of Rock, lol.

I can't remember the name. It was across from Zachry near the McDonald's & Taco Bell. He played some acoustic songs and the drummer played a cardboard box. He used Brannen Temple for his Venus Isle tour, but I think he had a different drummer for that show. Brannen was playing for Chris Duarte at that time.

Yeah, I just don't see 74 year old Elton kicking off a mega-tour in the US in less than 2 weeks.

I get it, but I'd think they would have said something by now if it was getting pushed again.

I have tickets for the 21st. Bought the tickets in 2019. I have a hard time thinking that this show will go off. He had a fall last year that caused him to postpone his European tour He was to start back next week in New Orleans then go to Houston. But he has a Houston date booked at MMP later this year so I could easily see us get pushed to that.

I've got TOOL in Vegas in two weeks but starting to wonder if they will cancel. So many of my favorite bands scratched all of their NYE runs.

John Mayer was announced today to be pulled out of Playing in the Sand (Dead and Co) in Cancun that starts tomorrow after testing positive. I'd have been so pissed if I booked that trip like I wanted to only to find out today he's not playing the next four nights.

Ended up with G/A floor for Billy Strings Houston, decent seats for Austin, and PIT for Irving. Highly recommend anybody in those areas go check him and the band out. I think you'll be amazed at what you see.

edit: Holy ***** 21 hours ago Dead and Co said on IG Mayer was out but they were there ready to have fun. Now just found out they canceled the entire 4 day run this weekend AND next weekend. It's like we're living in March 2020 again. Such bs.
