This might be more difficult in the coming episodes, but I think the courteous thing is to include spoiler tags on big BB moments. Sure BCS watchers who haven't seen BrBa will get a lot of spoilers anyway, but they would probably only remember the truly big things.

Or perhaps they should watch a show that has been off the air for several years before they watch the prequel.

I assumed he was doing it because he wanted to get attention. Apparently it was put in, like the waitress hitting on him, just to show he was feeling really good about what he did prior to learning someone died.
