Good lord.
If you do a free body diagram of the plane (yes, i'm an engineer), the only forces acting on the plane are the thrust and friction. Thrust easily overcomes the friction created in bearings, tires, etc. and the plane accelerates.
A conveyor may slightly increase the friction, but not nearly enough to equal thrust from the engines and stop the plane from accelerating.
The plane takes off under any conceivable conditions in the given scenario.
