The amount DOESNT MATTER. It could be 200000000000000000000000000000000000000^1000 lbs of thrust.
If the wheels and conveyor belt are indestructible AND the wheels are not frictionless then the conveyor CAN transfer enough force to equal the thrust from the engines.
It won't happen in the REAL world but the construct isn't taking place in the real world.
I don't remember the problem stating anything about imagination land wheels and conveyors.
In that case it's a nonsensical construct as the conveyor cannot exist. In order for this setup to happen you HAVE to have a conveyor operating under different laws of physics.

It still doesn't matter how fast the conveyor can run. As long as the engines have a thrust greater than the weight of the plane times the static coefficient of friction, the tires will lose traction and the plane will start to accelerate. Eventually the wings will start to produce lift and the normal force will decrease, making the wheels slip more until it reaches takeoff speed.
It would take longer than usual... but it would still happen.

don't forget...that if a plane is thrusting enough for the landing gear to skid instead of roll...the gear will just simply fold under the plane and then you must overcome the friction between the fuselage and the conveyor...
even while skidding, the conveyor and the kinetic friction of the tires can produce a force equal to the thrust of the engines...
