Caramelized Fig Syrup. So far I have made their "Bay of Figs" Rum cocktail, their Fig Manhattan with Old Forester Rye , Doulin Rouge Vermouth, Walnut Bitters and a Luxardo Cherry and an Old Fashioned replacing the Demerara syrup I usually use. All of them have been very good winter cocktails. The Manhattan reminds me of the dark Karo pecan pies my great grandma made during the holidays.
